General Field Rules

General Rules for ALL Fields:

(Keep in mind that rules change from game to game based on the scenario, but the safety rules stay the same)

1) ALL Hits to any part of your person count

2)Gun hits or or hits that hit something else before they hit you NEVER count as a hit. The hit has to be direct.

3) 10 ft no shoot rule (must "BANG" opponent out close up)

4) Sniper rifles or Hot Guns (over 500 fps) have a 50 ft no shoot rule

5) When HIT, raise the tip of your gun ABOVE your head and call "HIT" while you walk to your respawn point.

6) When using medic rules and hit, call "HIT", raise your gun tip above your head and continue to call for the MEDIC until he comes to heal you.

7) When in dispute, call an Admin or the head Referee over to settle the dispute. The head referee has the final say.

8) If an Admin or Referee calls says you are HIT, do not argue...just go and repawn or follow the rules for that particular game.

9) There will be at least 4 or more Admin/Referees on the field at all times

10) Surrender Rule- don't use it! Just "BANG" them out!

11) Knife kills must be made with a rubber knife

12) NO foul language will be tolerated at the field

13) Full Sealed gogggles, screen mesh or paintball style masks, are required. If there is a space where a BB can squeeze through, the goggles are not sealed. No sunglasses or cheap shop goggles allowed. FULL FACE COVERAGE IS REQUIRED if you are under 18 years of age. Goggles with neoprene mask or Balaclava is fine! Mesh mask is fine! Paintball mask is fine!

14) Any BBs are allowed. We DO NOT require Bio BBs. Bios are not preferred because they shatter when they hit hard objects.

Medic Rules

(when applicable)

When Medic Rules apply: When you are hit by a BB on any part of your person, call hit...take a knee or sit down....raise your gun barrel above your head and continuously call out "MEDIC", "MEDIC" until one of your team members arrive. Your teammate can be shot on the way to saving you. If your teammate makes it to you, takes a knee and puts his hand on your shoulder, both of you cannot be shot at. You are safe from being hit. Your teammate must then count to "20" OUTLOUD by saying "one thousand one, one thousand two" and so on. Once you get to 20, you are free to enter the game right where you are. If you are in the middle of a firefight or somewhere unsafe when you get to 20, both you and your teammate have the option to hold up your guns and walk back to the nearest teammates of yours and then re-enter the game. If nobody makes it to you to save you or to capture you, you have a 3 minute “Bleed Out Time”. If you Bleed Out, you go back to your team’s original starting point and respawn. If you do not have a watch, count to 60, 3 times…slowly.

ALL players on the field can be medics to their own players. YOU CAN BE CAPTURED! If you are hit and are calling out for a medic, the opposing team can take you prisoner by going up to you and tapping you on the shoulder. You must follow that team to their designated prison area. Vietnam City has P.O.W. bamboo cages to hold prisoners. Once imprisoned, someone MUST watch the prisoners. If the prisoners are not being watched, they are free to escape. Hold time in a prison cell is 10 minutes maximum! You can avoid being captured when down by shooting yourself or having a teammate "MERCY KILL" you from a distance. You then would go all the way back to your team's starting point and re-enter the game.

ENFORCERS

Airsoft is a game of Honor and Integrity. If you do not have those qualities, you should not play airsoft. ENFORCERS are a way that Black Tiger Airsoft helps to enforce the rules of the field. Up to 10 experienced players, well known to me to be honest players, will be carrying a badge on a lanyard containing a “RED CARD” with the title of ENFORCER on it. There will always be 1-3 visible referees on the field and up to 10 ENFORCERS. If a referee or an ENFORCER catches you not “calling your hits” or not following the rules, he will come to you, show you his “card” and ask you to leave the field for the rest of the game in play. If you are caught twice not calling your hits or not following the rules, you will sit out the rest of the games for that day. Any disputes will be brought to the head referee. Remember, you will not know who the ENFORCERS are! They will be on BOTH teams! Airsoft is just a game. Play the game with HONOR and INTEGRITY and EVERY game will be awesome!
